We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will focus exclusively on sourcing and recruiting top technical talent for our organization. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone eager to grow their recruitment skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates using various tools and platforms, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates for current and future job openings.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for the role.
- Schedule interviews and ensure seamless communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed of their status in the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related field
- Familiarity with technical roles and technology-related terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
